The blessings of Allah know no boundaries, and the human eyes are one we must always be grateful for. The human eyes are a marvel of evolution which allows us to perceive the world around us. We are highly reliant on eyesight for gathering information about the events as they unfold. An average human relies almost 50 percent on their eyesight as compares to the 5 base senses. However, human beings are adaptive in nature and can slightly compensate for eyesight in case of injuries by heightening other senses. Even so, they are limited and cannot replace eyesight. Check how to increase eyesight and take care with Tibenabvi.
Taking Care of Eyes With Tibenabvi
The eyes are delicate, hence susceptible to injuries and infections, such as conjunctivitis. The quality of eyesight also deteriorates because of old age. It can also be damaged from lack of care, such as sitting close to television, drug abuse and trauma from contact sports. To avoid failing eyesight, it is imperative to take good care of eyes. Following are the tibenabvi ways in which you can take good care of your eyes and benefit from perfect eyesight:
1. Mushroom Water – A Cure for Eyes
Mushrooms and truffles are an excellent addition to any diet since they are rich in micronutrients and proteins. Water extracted from truffles has a long history in medical sciences as the initial studies conducted to prove their potency have yielded exceedingly positive results. The water has antiseptic qualities which fights bacterial or viral infection which have afflicted the eyes. The Holy Prophet (SAW) quoted regarding truffles: “Kamaat (الكماة) is among Mann (المن) & its water is cure for eyes & Ajwah (dates) are from Jannah ( الجنة) it saves from Poisoning” (Ibn Ma-jah: 3582; Book no. 31).
There have been reported cases of Sahaba using the extract itself as well. Qatadah says that Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه said that he took 3 or 5 or 7 Kamaat (الكماة) & drew out water from them & collected the water in a bottle & used the water for a slave eye disease & her eyes got cured (Tirmizi: 2211; Book No. 28). Several medical complications can decrease blood flow within the body. However, this can be addressed by hijama, which stimulates blood flow. Moreover, it also removes toxins and promotes biological synthesis of new blood. The Holy Prophet (SAW) said: “What a good man is that person who cures his body with Hijama because Hijama takes out (Useless and filthy) blood from the body and Hijama lightens genitals of a human and Hijama strengthens sight, vision and power of eyes” ( Rawah Al-Tirmazi, 2052).
